Several investigations were done clarify thecausesof thecolitisandhepatitis. Discussion Conclusions: In respect his colitis, all possibilities wereinvestigated thoroughly. Given the fact that colocynth toxicity well-knowncauseofcolitis,orderofeventsandabsenceofothercauses,colocynthtoxicityisthe most probable cause. Regarding hepatitis, there are trials animals hadcontroversy regarding as hepatotoxic or hepatoprotective material.Screening our patient possible causes viral, drug induced,hemolysis, autoimmune. All came negative only causewascolocynthtoxicity.
